So I read that same title and had to investigate. Turns out a West Hartford, CT native, and an NBC executive, collapsed and was pronounced dead on the production set of a new series for NBC/Sci-Fi Channel. She was 44. They gave no explanation or cause for her death and provided no summary of how she was admitted to the hospital or under what circumstances she may have been living/have died from.
